Reinforcing Welded Mesh

Concrete Reinforcing Mesh is also named welded steel fabric, which is made of made of high-quality rebar that has been straightened and cut and then welded by electric welding equipment.Concrete mesh has a more dense mesh spacing pattern. With the features of high strength, not easy to break and prevent the emergence of concrete cracks, it is usually used for reinforcement of concrete structure, and widely applied to coal mine tunnel, concrete pavement, bridge deck, airport runway, housing floor, roof, wall and so on.

The diameter of the reinforcement welded mesh is 4-14mm. Considering transportation conditions, the length of the welded mesh should not exceed 11.8m and the width should not exceed 2.2m. The spacing of the steel bars in the direction of the welded mesh production (or longitudinal bars) is preferably 100, 150, or 200mm, and the spacing of the steel bars in the other direction is generally 100, 150, 200, or 300mm, sometimes up to 400mm. The specific spacing can be customized according to customer requirements. When both the longitudinal and transverse steel bars of the welded mesh are single bars, the nominal diameter of the thinner bar should not be less than 0.6 times the nominal diameter of the thicker bar, that is, dmin ≥ 0.6damx. The shear force of the welded mesh weld points (unit: N) should not be less than 150 times the nominal cross-sectional area of the thicker bar (unit: mm2).
